Returns

We offer a transparent returns policy that covers the return/exchange/refund of products.   Items must be in an unworn, unused and original condition

  • You must contact us within 30 days of purchase date to claim
  • You will need to cover postage costs for exchanges/return.

      All SALE items are final and cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.

       A) Pre-sale Questions: 

      • 1. How long does Delivery take?
      Delivery may vary because we are currently doing print on demand but if you allow 3-4 weeks to be safe depending on the product - you should have it by then, if not earlier. We also provide tracking number for your convenience, which will keep you informed with your ordered product as to when your delivery will arrive. 
        • 2. Is your site secure?
        The site, your card details and your personal information is protected by the highest level online encryption available. We do not store any payment details, with all processing being handled by the banks and payment gateway providers.
          • 3. Do you have a size chart?  
          There should be a size chart in each product description page, otherwise you can always message us on Facebook or email us on info@hookedonglam.com

           

            • 4. Do your prices include VAT and Duty?
            All pricing on the site does NOT include local country VAT, tax, import charges or duty, and it is your responsibility to pay any charges that are enforced by your country.
              • 5. What social media platforms do you use?

              We use Instagram and Facebook mainly, we are looking to branch out to other social media platforms in the future like pinterest, twitter and youtube.

              • 6. Do you have a land mark store?
              No sorry, we are an online store at the moment. All purchases are made on this site and get distributed from our warehouses - we don't have any showrooms.
              • 7. Products arriving at different times why?

              We have print on demand stores all around the united states - so please have patience, your amazing goods will arrive! We will also send you tracking numbers to follow your order so you know where it is and when its ready! As we expand we will look into changing this to one order so you get everything at the one time. Sorry for any inconvenience this may cause for the time being, we will grow! xx

               

              B) Shipping Questions:

              • 1. My item is stuck in customs help?
              You should receive some form of communication from your local countries customs or border-force i.e Letter, email, phone call, sms.

              If you have not been contacted we recommend contacting your local  post office or customs centre
              • 2. How do i track my parcel?
              You will be emailed all tracking details once the items have been dispatched. If your order doesn't arrive we will review your case after 40 days.
              • 3. How do i know if my order is posted?

              You will receive an order confirmation, and shipment order with tracking once the item/s have been dispatched. For split items shipped from multiple warehouses you may receive multiple ship emails.

                C) After sale Questions:

                • 1. I got the wrong size.

                We offer a no questions asked size exchange, everyone makes mistakes. You will just have to pay for postage, email info@hookedonglam.com with your details and we will sort everything out.

                • 2. Problem with order?
                Change of addresses can now be changed via our website, for incorrect items and problems with orders please email us at info@hookedonglam.com with your order number and what you wish to change.
                • 3. Got the wrong order?

                We are very sorry, everyone makes mistakes. We will cover all costs, you can email info@hookedonglam.com with your details and we will sort everything out.
